Since our inception, we have facilitated over 400,000 loan applications alongside more than 100 lending partners. In 2023, we successfully raised US$5 million in an oversubscribed Series A to scale our unique model across Asia Pacific. Our backers include Singlife co-founder Walter de Oude’s Chocolate Ventures as well as prominent Singapore-based VC firm Cocoon Capital. Lendela currently serves customers in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Responsibilities
- Find new ways to grow the business—identify and test acquisition channels, optimise conversion funnels, and unlock new opportunities.
- Break big ideas into action—turn ambitious goals into clear, structured experiments and move fast to execute and being hands on to do what it takes to ship an MVP.
- Work across teams—collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to optimise acquisition
- Own key business metrics—not just running campaigns, but driving measurable impact on revenue, user growth, and retention.
- Test, learn, and iterate—analyze results, double down on what works, and continuously refine your approach.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and bold experiments to the table.
Qualifications & Skills
Min. 3 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product-led growth, or a similar role.
A proven track record of driving results—you’ve owned business numbers and delivered impact.
A high-energy, experimental mindset—you love testing new ideas and figuring out what works.
Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
A mix of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving—you can spot trends in data and turn them into action.
Hands-on experience with paid channels, SEO, CRO, automation, affiliate marketing, or design is a plus.
Product experience is a strong advantage—you understand how to leverage product features for growth.
The ability to rally teams around ideas, take ownership, and move things forward.
