Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and hungry Product Marketing Associate to join our rapidly growing team. This is a tactical, execution-led role focused on strengthening product storytelling, lifecycle communications, and decision-grade reporting for the Singapore market.
You will be based in-office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and report to the Head of Marketing, Lendela Singapore. You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager (Singapore-based), the KL Data team, and our Performance Marketer (Hong Kong-based) who supports the SG market.
Responsibilities
Product positioning & messaging (SG)
Own and maintain SG product messaging across key journeys.
Turn complex product mechanics into clear, trust-building narratives.
Produce conversion-led assets: value prop copy, FAQs, explainers, in-product and landing page messaging.
Lifecycle communications & CRM execution (SG)
Build and deploy CRM campaigns (email / push / WhatsApp/SMS where applicable): onboarding, nurture, conversion, winback.
Execute end-to-end campaign builds: segmentation briefs, exclusions/suppressions, QA, scheduling, monitoring, post-campaign readouts.
Keep messaging consistent across touchpoints with brand and product truth.
Reporting, analytics & insights enablement
Build and maintain weekly/monthly SG marketing & lifecycle reports with clear KPI definitions.
Identify insight-driven opportunities (segment performance, message testing outcomes, drop-off hypotheses) and recommend next actions.
Work closely with the KL Data team to collate datasets, validate logic, and improve reporting reliability.
Support data governance for marketing: naming conventions, UTM discipline, event/data QA, and “single source of truth” reporting.
Qualifications & Skills (customisable)
Bachelor’s degree, preferably within marketing or communications, is not expected but a plus
2–4 years of hands-on experience in product marketing, lifecycle/CRM, growth ops, or marketing analytics
Strong execution ability: you ship reliably with high QA standards and tight operational discipline
Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, HubSpot, SFMC or similar) and campaign build workflows
Strong analytics foundation: Excel/Google Sheets, funnel thinking, cohort mindset, and performance interpretation
Able to create decision-grade reporting (clean definitions, consistent views, actionable insights)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; can collaborate effectively across SG/HK/KL stakeholders
Thrives in a fast-paced environment; bias to action, high ownership
